RN – Manager of Client Services

Job Description
Reporting to the Physician Team Lead, the Manager of Client Services provides support to a Physician Advisor team and the team’s clients by: coordinating with the executive, implementation, account management and clinical support teams to ensure that the needs of new and existing clients are fulfilled; providing business development support, as needed; conducting regular analysis of team performance and delivering recommendations for process improvements; reviewing and editing client reports, compliance program letters, and other correspondences; and assists the Physician Team Lead in directing the activities of the team’s administrative assistant.

Details
The Manager of Client Services either works on-site at EHR’s headquarters location in suburban Philadelphia, PA in a full-time capacity or remotely in a part-time capacity (evenings and/or weekends). Qualifications

  • Strong clinical knowledge base
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Computer proficient
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and multi-tasking/prioritization skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure required
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience required; 2+ years of case management or general management experience preferred
  • BSN, case management certification and discharge planning experience preferred
