Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Responsibilities for this entry-level position will include, but are not limited to, data entry, maintenance of client files, and report generation and distribution to clients. This position supports EHR’s Physicians in a team environment and interacts with 20-30 hospital clients. This position will also involve other administrative support duties.

Details
The Administrative Assistant works on-site at EHR’s headquarters in suburban Philadelphia, PA, in a full-time capacity. EHR offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, an excellent work/life balance and a dynamic team-oriented working environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Ability to work independently, as well as work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to grow and learn
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of data entry and general office experience required
  • Medical office/Hospital/Health insurance company experience a plus
