Thomas W. Boehning
Senior Vice President & General Manager
Tom Boehning is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Optum Financial Integrity and Connectivity Solutions. He has been with Optum since 2006 and has held various positions of increased responsibility during his tenure. In his current capacity, he is responsible for driving the vision and strategy for continued corporate growth and innovation to best serve the healthcare marketplace. Mr. Boehning oversees Optum Clinical and Claim Connectivity business, which helps clients and partners optimize their core clinical and revenue cycle systems by delivering content-rich solutions in their current workflows. He also leads Optum Executive Health Resources business, which provides expert medical review services that help providers and health plans achieve financial integrity and compliance. Prior to joining Optum, Mr. Boehning was Vice President and General Manager of McKesson's Group Practice Solutions business. He also has held senior leadership positions with Automatic Data Processing's Claims Solutions Division and JPMorgan Chase's Healthcare Division. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University's Smeal College of Business.

Kirk Schultz
Chief Operating Officer
Kirk Schultz is Chief Operating Officer at Executive Health Resources (EHR) and has oversight of all of the organization's Operations teams, as well as the Regulatory/Compliance team. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Administrative Officer, leading EHR's enabling functions, including finance/accounting, recruiting, legal/contracts, human resources, and business development. Prior to transferring to Optum's EHR business, Mr. Schultz served as Chief Financial Officer for OptumInsight's Provider Solutions, where he led the finance and accounting team of 55 employees across 11 states and was part of the leadership team that increased the group's annual revenue to more than $1 billion. Before joining Optum, Mr. Schultz held various leadership positions in companies throughout the Midwest, including Chief Financial Officer at Powermate Corporation, a standalone company with $400 million in annual revenue, and Vice President/Controller and divisional leader of financial teams at Fiskars Brands Inc. and Apogee Enterprises. Mr. Schultz earned his masters of business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a bachelor's of science in Finance from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

Ralph Wuebker, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Ralph Wuebker is Chief Medical Officer at Executive Health Resources (EHR). In this role, Dr. Wuebker provides clinical leadership within EHR and works closely with hospital leaders to ensure strong utilization review and compliance programs. Additionally, he oversees EHR's Client Services teams, who provide onsite education for physicians, case managers, and hospital administrative personnel and help hospitals identify potential compliance vulnerabilities through ongoing internal audit. Throughout his career, Dr. Wuebker served as a hospitalist and instructor of medicine at Washington University School of Medicine and St. Louis Children's Hospital. Prior to joining EHR, he served as Medical Director for the Midwest Region of Great-West Healthcare. Dr. Wuebker earned his medical degree and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and Master of Business Administration degree from the Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.

John Hall, MD, JD, MBA, FCLM, CPE
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. John Hall serves is Chief Clinical Officer at Executive Health Resources (EHR) and is responsible for clinical and regulatory policy, oversight of EHR's Strategic and Tactical Advocacy Team (STAT), and high-level client support and advocacy in the areas of medical necessity and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, he served as EHR's Executive Medical Director of STAT, and provided an expert medical and regulatory resource for EHR's client-facing departments, as well as client facilities. Prior to joining EHR in 2012, Dr. Hall's long history of clinical roles included Chairman, Department of Anesthesia at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas; Chief, Department of Anesthesia at Children's Medical Center in Dallas; President of Anesthesiologists for Children in Dallas; Professor of Anesthesia, Pediatrics, and Bioethics and Medical Humanities at University of Mississippi Health Care in Jackson; and Staff Anesthesiologist and Intensivist at The Nemours Children's Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla. Dr. Hall earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and was awarded his Juris Doctor with honors from Concord Law School in Los Angeles. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, and his bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Steven A. Greenspan, JD, LLM
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
Steven Greenspan is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Executive Health Resources (EHR) and is responsible for overseeing EHR's regulatory research and hospital advocacy efforts, and collaborates closely with the organization's appeals management teams. He is a member of the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. During his career, Mr. Greenspan has overseen the adjudication of more than 200,000 appeals and personally authored in excess of 10,000 decisions. Prior to joining EHR, Mr. Greenspan served in various leadership positions, including Vice President and Project Director for MAXIMUS Federal Services, Inc., President and Chief Hearing Officer for the Center for Dispute Resolution, and as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the State of Delaware. He holds a master of laws degree in health law from The Health Law Institute of Widener University School of Law, a juris doctor degree from Widener University School of Law and a bachelor's of arts degree from Temple University.

Majelle Yu, MD
Vice President of Concurrent Operations
Dr. Majelle Yu is Vice President of Concurrent Operations at Executive Health Resources (EHR) and has overall responsibility for the company's Physician Advisor teams, the Clinical Support Team, physician documentation service operations, administrative and nursing support, as well as EHR's Operational Command Center. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Concurrent Operations with overall responsibility for the operational effectiveness, directing all service delivery activities and leading strategic initiatives aimed at continually improving operations. Dr. Yu has also served as an EHR Senior Team Lead and a Physician Team Lead and was instrumental in the team's usage of EHR's reporting software that allows hospitals to evaluate the financial impact of clinical inefficiencies. Prior to joining EHR, Dr. Yu was Division Chief of the Hospitalist Service at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, as well as working in private practice in the Philadelphia area. Dr. Yu received her bachelor's degree in biology, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines and completed her medical training at the College of Medicine at the University of the Philippines.

Jack Spradley
Vice President of Appeals Operations
Jack Spradley is Vice President of Appeals Operations at Executive Health Resources (EHR) and is responsible for all commercial and governmental denials/appeals cases that are processed through the organization. Prior to this, Mr. Spradley served as Director of Clinical Support and Client Connectivity and oversaw a team responsible for the collection and transcription of all client hospital demographic and clinical data, referred to EHR electronically for case review. He also supervised EHR's eReferral Client Implementation Team, which helps client hospitals transition from traditional telephonic referral to an electronic method of referring cases, and the teams that support the EHR Integrated program, which enables EHR and its client hospitals seamlessly exchange appeals data. Mr. Spradley joined EHR in 2010 as the Director of EHR's Clinical Support Team. Previous to joining EHR, he served in various operational management positions client services positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Janssen Pharmaceutica and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Spradley received his bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Eastern University in St. David's, Pa.
