Robert R. Corrato, MD, MBA
President & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Robert Corrato founded EHR in 1997 and has since served as EHR's President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding EHR, Dr. Corrato held the post of Deputy Director of the Office of Health Policy and Clinical Outcomes at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pa. An internist with extensive outpatient, inpatient, academic and community-based clinical practice experience, he is one of only six physicians in the U.S. to have completed medical fellowship training in managed care/administrative medicine. Dr. Corrato often serves as a featured speaker at healthcare industry events, has been published in leading healthcare journals, including the Journal of the American Medical Association, sits on the editorial boards of numerous healthcare publications, and has served as a peer reviewer for the Annals of Internal Medicine. Dr. Corrato earned his master of business administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania.

Joseph Zebrowitz, MD
Executive Vice President
Dr. Joseph Zebrowitz, Executive Vice President, was instrumental in the development of EHR's suite of medical necessity compliance and denials management solutions, endorsed by the American Hospital Association and is highly involved in EHR's strategic planning. In addition, Dr. Zebrowitz oversees EHR's education and regulatory assessment teams, conducts educational sessions at EHR's client hospitals, and has completed hundreds of regulatory assessment audits for EHR's hospital clients. Prior to joining EHR, Dr. Zebrowitz was a founder and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at eHealthContracts, now Concuity Inc., a revenue cycle management software provider. Prior to Concuity, Dr. Zebrowitz was a practicing obstetrician/gynecologist. Dr. Zebrowitz speaks regularly at regional and national healthcare events and provides expert commentary to many leading healthcare magazines and journals. Dr. Zebrowitz received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is a frequent lecturer.

B.A. McGettigan, RN, MS, CCM, CPUR, CRRN, CNLCP, ABDA, LNCC
Vice President, Training, Education, and Quality Assurance
B.A. McGettigan serves as Vice President of Training, Education, and Quality Assurance for EHR. Prior to joining EHR, she served as Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness and Quality Improvement for Main Line Health System in Philadelphia, Pa. Previously, Ms. McGettigan was Director of Patient Management for U.S. Healthcare, an HMO located in Blue Bell, Pa. Ms. McGettigan participates in many healthcare case management speaking engagements and often contributes commentary to many leading healthcare case management magazines and newsletters. Ms. McGettigan is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing and holds a master's degree in health administration and a bachelor's degree in health arts from the University of Saint Francis, located in Joliet, Ill. She holds certifications in case management, rehabilitation nursing, utilization review, disability analysis, and legal nurse consulting.

Thomas McCarter, MD, FACP
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Thomas McCarter, Chief Clinical Officer, is responsible for clinical research and development, and physician education, training and quality assurance programs. A Board Certified internist, Dr. McCarter has served as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer of Main Line Health System, Philadelphia, Pa., and as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Tenet Health System's Pennsylvania Region. He has held faculty positions at the University of Pennsylvania, Hahnemann University, Medical College of Pennsylvania, Geisinger Medical Center, and Drexel University School of Medicine. Dr. McCarter serves as Clinical Editor of American Health & Drug Benefits and is a renowned industry speaker and was presented with the "Distinguished Speaker Award" by the Healthcare Financial Management Association in 2004 and 2005. Dr. McCarter received his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and bachelor's degrees in biology and chemistry from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Furrukh Munawar, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Furrukh Munawar, Chief Financial Officer, works with the President & CEO to drive the company's growth and daily operational effectiveness, helping to develop and implement profitability goals, while identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities. Prior to joining EHR, Mr. Munawar served as Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Finance & Administration at Concuity, Inc., a revenue cycle management software provider. Prior to Concuity, Mr. Munawar was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at PriorityPlus of California, an HMO licensed by Department of Managed Care of California. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Monarch Medical Alliance, Inc., an integrated delivery system. Mr. Munawar earned his master of business administration degree in finance from California State University, his bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus in accounting, from the University of Oklahoma, and his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.

Thomas Mercer, MS
Vice President of Operations
Thomas Mercer, Vice President of Operations, has overall responsibility for EHR’s core operations, including concurrent medical necessity reviews and retrospective denials/appeals. Mr. Mercer previously served as Vice President of Administrative Operations for EHR and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of EHR’s Physician Advisor teams. Prior to joining EHR, Mr. Mercer served in a number of leadership roles during 17 years at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), most recently as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Project Management for U.S. Commercial Operations. Previously, Mr. Mercer held a number of senior strategy and operations management roles in GSK’s U.S. Operations and in the global Research and Development organization. Before joining GlaxoSmithKline, Mr. Mercer worked as a life sciences consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Mercer holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Humanities and Communications from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa., and a master’s of science degree in Information Science also from Drexel University.

Luisa Contreiras
Chief Technology Officer
Luisa Contreiras, Chief Technology Officer, brings over 20 years of software development and information technology (IT) experience to EHR. Mostly concentrating in healthcare, she has run software development organizations, developing large scale enterprise software and IT organizations and supporting mission critical infrastructure environments. Prior to joining EHR, Ms. Contreiras served as Chief Technology Officer at Synarc Clinical Research, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations at Gentiae Clinical Research, and Chief Technology Officer at Concuity. Previously, Ms. Contreiras also oversaw technology departments at Blue Shield of California, Saba Software and Oracle Corporate and also worked at Price Waterhouse Consulting. Ms. Contreiras holds a degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Robert J. Borghese
General Counsel
Mr. Borghese, General Counsel, is a corporate attorney with extensive experience representing healthcare and technology companies. Mr. Borghese has represented EHR since its inception in 1997. He has also represented numerous hospitals and healthcare systems, as well as a range of other healthcare, technology and consulting companies. He has advised on strategic planning, merger, acquisition and financing transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and regulatory and reimbursement issues, as well as general corporate matters including technology development and licensing, contracting and employment issues. Since 1992, Mr. Borghese has been a member of the faculty of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he teaches the top-rated course in the Wharton M.B.A. and Executive M.B.A. programs entitled Legal and Transactional Aspects of Entrepreneurship. He is the author of M&A from Planning to Integration: Executing Acquisitions and Increasing Shareholder Value, published by McGraw-Hill in English and Chinese language versions. Mr. Borghese received his juris doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a master's degree in financial economics from King's College, Cambridge University, England, and a bachelor's degree in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

David R. Hoffman
Corporate Compliance Counsel
David R. Hoffman, Corporate Compliance Counsel, is a health care attorney who specializes in compliance-related matters. Mr. Hoffman assists health care providers in integrating quality care with compliance activities and has developed compliance programs for providers nationwide. Mr. Hoffman serves as a federal and state monitor for nursing homes throughout the country and is part of a Patient Care Ombudsman team monitoring a hospital that filed for bankruptcy. Mr. Hoffman served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for 12 years where he prosecuted health care fraud matters both criminally and civilly. Mr. Hoffman is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University where his focus is on patient/resident safety and the law. Mr. Hoffman is a frequent lecturer for the Health Care Compliance Association and serves on the editorial board of the Association's publication, Compliance Today. Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Troy Williams
Vice President of Corporate Development
Troy Williams, Vice President of Corporate Development, has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, corporate development and finance. Prior to joining EHR in 2004, Mr. Williams co-founded Concuity, a revenue cycle management software company. He held several leadership roles at Concuity, including Vice President of Product Development, Vice President of Client Services, and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Concuity, Mr. Williams was a Senior Associate at APM/CSC Healthcare, a strategic management-consulting firm. Mr. Williams has also worked as a financial analyst at Kemper Financial and as a currency-trading analyst at Suruga Bank in Tokyo. Mr. Williams attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Brigham Young University.

James Lombard
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
James Lombard, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, is responsible for managing all of EHR's hospital client relationships including development and assignment of his team of strategic account directors, client satisfaction programs, client retention and organic growth opportunities. Prior to its divestment in 2005, Mr. Lombard managed all aspects of EHR's Clinical Staffing Solutions, a successful, regional hospitalist and house coverage business. Prior to joining EHR, Mr. Lombard served as the regional Chief Operating Officer for EmCare, Inc. Inpatient Services, a national hospital medicine company. Prior to this role, he served as Care Management Director for Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Philadelphia, a member of the Jefferson Health System, and Director of Quality Management for Germantown Hospital and Medical Center in Philadelphia. Mr. Lombard holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

Wayne Grodsky
Vice President of Sales
Wayne Grodsky, Vice President of Sales, is responsible for sales strategy and oversees the EHR's sales team. Mr. Grodsky has more than 20 years of experience in hospital and health system revenue cycle management, managed care contracting, physician practice management, and physician education. Prior to joining EHR, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales for ARC Group Associates, a revenue cycle management company. Mr. Grodsky started his career with The Health Care Group, Inc., the nation's leading health care consulting and legal firm for physicians, during which time he served as a frequent speaker at large physician venues nationally, and co-authored the book "Practice Nineties." Mr. Grodsky received his bachelor's degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland.

Donna DiPrinzio
Vice President of Marketing and Recruiting
Donna DiPrinzio, Vice President of Marketing and Recruiting, oversees EHR's marketing strategy and execution, and management of EHR's candidate sourcing and recruitment efforts. Prior to its divestment in 2005, Ms. DiPrinzio managed all recruitment and staffing activities for EHR's Clinical Staffing Solutions, a successful, regional hospitalist and house coverage business. Prior to joining EHR, Ms. DiPrinzio's career focused in the packaged goods industry where she developed product marketing and sales strategies to achieve best in market position for the brands she supported. She served as a Senior Product Manager for Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. where she led the rebranding efforts for the company's flagship brand, Arm & Hammer baking soda. Before her time there, Ms. DiPrinzio managed strategic marketing campaigns for companies including Kimberly Clark (formerly known as Scott Paper Company) and State Farm. Ms. DiPrinzio earned her bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
