eConnect allows EHR's hospital clients to improve efficiency and ensure data integrity by referring cases electronically to EHR's Physician Advisors. Case managers log into EHR's secure eConnect online portal to refer cases for review. Customized templates by clinical scenario are available for case managers to use to ensure the most pertinent information is being supplied to EHR. New templates are added regularly as a result of EHR's ongoing evidence-based research and development. Case managers can also log in to submit additional or updated patient information to EHR on open case reviews or for second day follow-up.
